Aluminum Foil
Preheat the oven to 450'F.
Line the baking pan with aluminium foil.
Clean pattypan squash and place in a bowl.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, and a couple twists of freshly cracked pepper.
Toss to coat squash.
Place squash into the baking dish.
Put baking dish into the oven.
Roast for 10-15 minutes.

This recipe is so easy, healthy, and delicious. I tossed the ingredients together and put them into the oven. I enjoyed these cute little bite-sized squash with homemade pasta salad. It was a nice lunch.
Fun Fact: Patty Pan squash is high in magnesium, niacin, and vitamins A and C.
Fun Fact 2: Patty Pan squash is also a nice add in to vegetable stir fry.
