Cupcakes!!!

Oh my goodness! There is an entire store dedicated to making nothing but cupcakes! In elementary school I always loved it when kids would bring cupcakes to share on their birthdays. I forgot how much I loved their simplicity and their deliciousness until I heard some of my guests at work talking about them. I listened and started asking questions - gourmet cupcakes!?! Really!?! So...the see was planted and all I needed to do was figure out the location of this shop. I woke up this morning thinking about it and knew today was the day. So I took my mother and her friend Marie and off we went...to the Cupcakery. I had one cupcake - it was named...Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup. It was deliciously sweet and I loved every moment of it - from the messy first bite that coated my nose with it's peanut butter frosting to the very last bite of rich chocolate cake. It is not something I would want every day, but it would be perfect for any day that needed a little sweet was. I cannot wait until the next time I go - who wants to go with me?

Restaurant: The Cupcakery
Dish: Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
Drink: None (not sure they are offered)
Cost: $3

Fun Fact: There is a Greek restaurant and Panera Bread Company in this same complex. I'll be back to try out the Greek place and to visit an old favorite.
